🥨 Oktoberfest — SAVE THE DATE — Sunday, September 27 Mark it down. Our favorite day of the year is officially on the calendar, and yes — we're digging the beer out of the ground again. Here's how it works: a stainless firkin goes into the ground in the spring and sits through the hot months, the same way German brewers once tucked their Märzen into caves until the weather cooled. Come September, we hand out shovels and let you dig. Once it surfaces, we tap it and pour it on the spot. Nobody knows how it tastes until the first glass — including us. 🍻 🥧 And we've got food. Brit Boy Street Food will be on site all day slinging sausage rolls and proper British meat pies. Chris and his crew make everything fresh here in Kansas City by way of Yorkshire, and if you've had one you already know — this is exactly the kind of thing you want in your hand after twenty minutes with a shovel.
